I challenge you to adjust one aspect of your life -- change your environment such that you are required to adapt to new conditions. Push the pause button for just a moment, step out of your comfort zone, and open your eyes. If you are going to become one of the fittest, as Charles Darwin conceptualized, you need to define your own expectations and goals. Do not wait for someone else to throw you in a defined box and force you to carry out your life within the confines of their defined box.
